The Training on Project's Financial Management

The UOulu Project Finance Services will be held on 1 of Sep, 2022 at 9-11.30 a training “Project's Financial Management at University of Oulu”. The training is held at Teams in English and its duration is 2,5 hours. The same training was in spring, 2022 in Finnish.

The training covers important general issues related to the financial management projects. For example:

Project Responsible’s / Manager’s responsibilities from the financial perspective
UOulu’s tools for projects’ financial management
Basic principles of a project’s financial follow-up

In addition, the training includes a presentation on budgeting for the application phase and a brief introduction to the use of the TATU -system.
