Attached is a list of present doctoral students in our unit, which we need to update now. Please have a look of your students, are they all there, is the planned year for defense ok and are all supervisors included. Let me know also if some of your students has already finished with the degree (and I've forgot to exclude them from the list) and if even an approximate date for the defense is already set.
Send me an email listing the corrections/additions ASAP.
Do not make corrections in the excel-file - I'll end up in a mess trying to figure out the changes... just simply list them in your response
