The university closed down approximately a year ago, but anyhow Johanna Honka defended successfully her PhD thesis on 15.5.2020. Her topic was "Evolutionary and conservation genetics of European domestic and wild geese". Parties and gift collection were postponed - waiting for better times. Now we decided we waited long enough, and finally would like to give a well-deserved gift to Johanna.
