Dear Colleagues,
We are going to have the regular Friday coffee tomorrow at 14.15 (2.15pm) at the department coffee shop.
Agenda: new head for the re-unified department for 2017.
The current new units will be re-unified to a new Department of Ecology & Genetics from January 1, 2017. The Dean will appoint the Head of the new Department, but she must hear the faculty & staff of the Department. That hearing will be tomorrow in the Friday meeting. The new Head will be responsible of the budget for 2017 plus other planning for the future, and the Dean wants to appoint the new Head from September.
