Stefan and I have been organizing a major purchase of Nanopore Minion standard flow cells. Buying them in bigger batches presses the price down significantly, the bulk discount really is remarkable. We are therefore about to buy 24 flow cells. Buying 48 would make them even much more cheaper per each, but this may be too many. But depends on the interest by the others to participate.

24 flow cells is quite much for Stefan’s and my needs, and although some has to be bought for teaching purposes too, it would be great if any of you could participate. I hope that more and more people would start using this platform that is very useful for many purposes.

Please let me and Stefan know if you think you could participate. Even one flow cell would help.
