Would you like to recruit an experienced (PhD), foreign researcher to your research group? - Fill in the attached template by 13th March
Marie Sk?odowska-Curie Actions Individual Fellowshipshttp://ec.europa.eu/research/mariecurieactions/about/individual-fellowships_en (MSCA IF) provide grants for experienced researchers to support their mobility, research projects and training both within and outside of Europe. The scheme covers all research areas and is targeted at researchers with a doctoral degree or at least four years' full-time research experience by the time of the call deadline September 2017.
Research Support Services would like to help research units/groups interested in hosting a fellow to advertise the possibilities they offer to foreign researchers. MSCA Individual Fellowship proposal is prepared and submitted to the call by the individual researcher together with the host organisation.
Attached you will find a template of the Expression of Interest (EoI). We kindly ask you to fill in the parts marked in yellow by 13th of March and return the template to janika.luukinen@oulu.fimailto:janika.luukinen@oulu.fi. Research Support Services will compile the Expression of Interests and promote them through international platforms and networks for researcher mobility (e.g. Net4Mobility, EURAXESS). In addition, the groups are encouraged to use their own field specific connections to spread the EoI and attract the suitable candidates.
Note: The EoI is not binding; supervisors will make the final decision whether or not to apply for MSCA IF with the candidate. However, should you decide to apply, we highly recommend you get in touch with the Research Services manager of your faculty who can help you with verifying the candidate's eligibility and with the proposal preparation in general.
