I have not yet received bibliometry excels from all of you. Here a reminder, and this is now the last chance: I'll send these out REAL SOON NOW.
I attach the instructions in English plus a model Excel sheet. Please follow the structure of the model Excel sheet: it makes my life easier.

DOES THIS CONCERN ME? This is a follow-up of Academy evaluation of Ecology & Evolutionary biology. If you are working in these fields and if you were in the department in 2014, you should submit data. The current split of department does NOT mean anything. It is about the field of science, not about internal university structure. In practice, everybody in current Ecology and genetics people in GenFys. So this concerns MOST of you.
WHAT SHOULD I SUPPLY? Read the attached information.
HOW TO COLLECT THESE DATA? There are many ways, but I think the following one is pratical: - Go to Web of Science http://apps.webofknowledge.com . You have to be in the University network to get a free access. If you are in some other network (that does not have the access), you can connect through http://www.oulu.fi/kirjasto/bibliometriikka - Select the Data base from the banner. If you select "All Data Bases" you may get some more citation than with "Core Collection" - Select Timespan from 2010 to 2014 with pull-down menu: only these years are queried - Search yourself (remember that some papers may only have your initials instead of full given names) - You will get a new window with all your papers as they are in WoS plus probably papers by many other people with the same name. So tick your own papers. - Create a citation report on marked papers. Then select "Save to Excel File" from pull-down menu at the bottom. There are many other ways of creating the requested report, but through citation report you get directly the Excel with all needed fields in the same order as in the model document. Other ways that I've heard of are much more tedious. - Edit the Excel document by removing unnecessary fields. However, contrary to the model I suggest you DO NOT remove 2015 citations, because data becomes inconsistent if you do so. Remember to search your own name in the Authors field and make it boldface. - Give a nice name (like your own sweet name) to the file and send it to me.
