This is a second reminder message: One important part in a recently established University's Data Protection Policy is to gather a thorough archive of all data privacy notices used in the University of Oulu. I work as a Data Protection Steward for the Faculty of Science and asking you to send me all the data privacy notices that you have used in your research. This concerns the notices in where the data controller is University of Oulu. The copies of the original versions should be sent directly to my email in docx-format; address: juha.ridanpaa@oulu.fimailto:juha.ridanpaa@oulu.fi The deadline for sending the documents is tomorrow 15 October.

Työskentelen tietosuojatukihenkilönä luonnontieteellisessä tiedekunnassa ja pyydän teitä lähettämään minulle kaikki tutkimuksessanne käyttämänne tietosuojaselosteet. Tämä koskee ilmoituksia, joissa rekisterinpitäjänä toimii Oulun yliopisto.
