Luonnontieteellisen tiedekunnan koulutuksen palvelupiste on muuttanut yliopiston opiskelijakeskuksen yhteyteen G-käytävälle.

Opiskelijakeskuksesta löytyvät tällä hetkellä seuraavat henkilöt:

Aulatilassa oikealla olevat huoneet

koulutussuunnittelijat Helena Tirri (kemia) ja Elina Koskinen (matematiikka ja fysiikka).

Katri Suorsa (maantiede) ja allekirjoittanut siirtyvät muuton 2. vaiheessa, nähtävästi tammikuun 2017 aikana, samoihin tiloihin.

Tiedekunnan koulutuspäällikkö Tero Vedenjuoksu on väliaikaisesti huoneessa KE219 (G2 portaikko, 2 krs.).

Tiedekunnan opintoasiainsihteerit, mukaan lukien biologian Erja Vaarala, palvelevat opiskelijoita ja opettajia palvelutiskillä 6 tai 7. Tällä hetkellä ei ole käytössä vuorolappusysteemiä eli menkää suoraan tiskille 6 (Kela käyttää vielä muutamana päivänä viikossa tiskiä 7, mutta on muuttamassa siitä pois muutaman kuukauden kuluttua).

Jos lähetätte sähköpostia LuTK:n opintoasiain helpdeskiin study.science(at)oulu.fi, muistakaa aina mainita viestissänne, että olette biologian opiskelijoita, jotta sähköpostit menisivät helpommin oikeille henkilöille.

Faculty of science study office has moved to the Student center (G corridor)

At the moment staff:

Katri Suorsa (geography) and Minna Vanhatalo (biology) will move to the center probably in January 2017.

Chief academic officer Tero Vedenjuoksu is temporary at the room KE219 (G2 corridor, 2^nd floor).

Secretaries of student affairs including Erja Vaarala (biology) service students and teachers at the counter 6 or 7. At the moment there is no service number system, so you can go directly to the counter 6 (Kela is using the counter 7 for couple of hours per week but will be moving out in couple of months).

If you send messages to the Faculty of Science helpdesk study.science(at)oulu.fi, please remember to write that you are biology student. This helps to forward the messages to the right persons.
