Dear all,
I propose we hold a meeting to plan school visits. Schools from the Oulu area have expressed interest in visiting our unit and the Faculty of Science from time to time.
It would be beneficial to prepare various packages highlighting what we can offer.
For example, the University of Oulu's garden is an excellent location to visit. We also have an nice collection of animals etc. and numerous interesting research projects. Many schools have shown an interest in conducting small laboratory experiments. We should consider planning what activities could be organized in the lab.
Let´s have a online meeting in Teams. I hope many of you could participitate. If you are not able to join conversasion you can also send me email and tell your ideas of visits.
