Dear all, could you forward this invitation to all university or university of applied sciences teachers who might be interested? Deadline for registration is September 25th. Workshop - Integrating Sustainable Development Themes in Your Teaching, October 7th 2020 This workshop is for teachers, at the University of Oulu and Oulu University of Applied Sciences, who would like to include sustainability issues in their teaching and are wondering where to start, or how to increase their current scope. During the workshop, you will identify a wide range of sustainability themes that connect with your course content and start planning how they could be integrated in your teaching. The main language of the workshop is English, other languages can be used in group activities. Workshop Facilitator: Ros Cooper, Faculty of Education, University of Oulu. Tämä työpaja on tarkoitettu Oulun yliopiston ja Oulun ammattikorkeakoulun opettajille, jotka haluaisivat sisällyttää kestävän kehityksen teemoja omaan opettamiseensa ja miettivät, mistä aloittaa, tai kuinka laajentaa näkökulmaa.
Työpajan aikana tutustutaan erilaisiin kestävän kehityksen teemoihin, jotka liittyvät opettajien kurssien sisältöihin ja aletaan suunnitella, kuinka ne voitaisiin sisällyttää opetukseen. Kurssin opetuskieli on englanti, muita kieliä voidaan käyttää ryhmätöissä. Kurssin vetäjänä toimii Ros Cooper Oulun yliopiston kasvatustieteiden tiedekunnasta.
