The Oulu.fi web service has its own functionality for presenting researchers. These so-called researcher profiles have been mechanically migrated to the new web service, but are unpublished.

Anyone who has created a researcher profile on the old site should check and publish their profile. We will organize trainings in January as follows:

Wed 12.1. at 13.00 in English
Thur 20.1. t 9.00 in Finnish

Transferred profiles must be granted rights

Transferred researcher profiles must be granted rights, ie if you are conducting the training independently using a recording, apply for rights once you have logged in to the new online service. Each researcher is given the right to edit their own profile. The researcher publishes his or her own profile, ie the communication unit no longer goes through the profiles to be published.

Deadline for profile checking in late January

For researcher profiles, the deadline is the end of January. Until then, the profiles on the old platform will be visible. After this, the old addresses of the researcher profiles will be redirected to the new web service, and if the researcher profile has not been published in the new Oulu.fi web service, the address will not be redirected correctly. Therefore, the researcher should visit and publish their own researcher profile on the new platform.

Tutkijaprofiilit oulu.fi-verkkopalvelussa

Oulu.fi-verkkopalvelussa on oma toiminnallisuutensa tutkijoiden esittelemiseen. Nämä ns. tutkijaprofiilit on siirretty koneellisesti uuden Oulu.fi-verkkopalvelun puolelle ja ne ovat siellä julkaisemattomina.

Jokaisen vanhalle sivustolle tutkijaprofiilin luoneen tulee käydä tarkastamassa ja julkaisemassa profiilinsa. Järjestämme koulutuksia tammikuussa seuraavasti:

To 20.1. Klo 9 suomeksi

Koulutuksiin voi ilmoittautua henkilöstökoulutusportaalissa.

Siirrettyihin profiileihin pitää erikseen antaa oikeudet

Siirrettyihin tutkijaprofiileihin pitää antaa oikeudet eli jos suoritat koulutuksen itsenäisesti tallenteen avulla, pyydä oikeudet sen jälkeen, kun olet kertaalleen uuteen verkkopalveluun kirjautunut. Jokaiselle tutkijalle annetaan oikeus muokata omaa profiiliaan. Tutkija julkaisee itse profiilinsa eli viestintäyksikkö ei enää käy läpi julkaistavia profiileja.

Deadline profiilien tarkastamiselle tammikuun lopussa

Tutkijaprofiilien osalta deadline on tammikuun loppu. Siihen asti vanhalla alustalla olevat profiilit ovat näkyvissä. Tämän jälkeen vanhat tutkijaprofiilien osoitteet ohjataan uuteen verkkopalveluun ja jos tutkijaprofiilia ei ole uudessa Oulu.fi-verkkopalvelussa julkaistu, ei osoite ohjaudu oikein. Tämän vuoksi tutkijan pitää käydä tarkastamassa ja julkaisemassa oma tutkijaprofiilinsa uudella alustalla.
