Subject: Ecogen degree students graduation spring 2021

Hei Ecogen students,

please contact me if you are finishing your MSc degree in June or July so we can check that everything is fine with your personal study plan which is needed as attachment for the degree application that you’ll do in OSAT system https://osat.oulu.fi/index.php?lang=en_US

In the email please tell me what courses are still missing from the Oodi register and when you will load the thesis to Laturi, have the final exam etc.

If you want to have a Zoom meeting please let me know and suggest dates and times that would suit you.

June (MSc diploma date 30.6.2021) All the studies have to be done (are shown in Oodi register) and the MSc application in OSAT by 23.6.2021

July (MSc diploma date 31.7.2021) All the studies have to be done (are shown in Oodi register) and the MSc application in OSAT by 24.7.2021

Notice that in practice all the studies have to be finished in June if you plan to have your diploma dated 31.7.2020. Teachers and study administration are on holiday.

MSc thesis meetings

You have to load your MSc thesis to Laturi 3 weeks before the meeting date

Please do the OSAT application  in time so that there will be no be last minute technical problems because the deadline is strict.
