Dear colleagues, 

It is our pleasure to invite you to submit your abstract for Kaamos Symposium 2020. Due to current global situation, we will be organizing the conference online via Zoom this year.
 
When: December 9 - 11, 2020

This year’s our invited speakers are: 
 
 *   Prof. Tom Gilbert (University of Copenhagen)
 *   Prof. Jochen Wolf (LMU Munich) 

   Prof. Alexandre Roulin (University of Lausanne) 

 *   Dr Clemens Küpper (Max Planck Institute for Ornithology) 

 

There will also be a workshop led by Dr Clemens Küpper and Dr Luke Eberhart-Phillips on “Open Access databases and large datasets” on the 11th December.

If you wish to give a talk and/or present a poster, please, enter the details here by the 1st November. 

 

Send your abstracts and/or posters to KaamosSymposium@gmail.com by the 10th November. The word limit for abstract submission is 300-400 words. We also require a short description for your poster, about 100 words, which you should submit together with your poster.

 

Note that the talks will have to be pre-recorded and the instructions for recording the talk will be published on the website later. You will also be notified about the updates.
 
As you are all aware, Ph.D. students get credits for attending and presenting a talk or a poster at the symposium and therefore students from all study levels are encouraged to attend!
