Please go and respond to the survey on University Services (ends on 14 May!). It’s highly important for us, because 

1) We pay them a huge amount of money (e.g. from project budgets), what do they do for us in return?

2) We are highly dependent on them (e.g. when hiring a person to a project, finding literature / getting open access to articles, when having problems with software / computer, etc.)

3) This is your chance to change things! Hopefully. This is historical, because I don’t remember such survey having been made in the past (for individual services yes, but definitely not collectively for all).
