Hello Everybody,
I will close the Framadate voting now regarding the B104 and other space problems, and it seems that tomorrow Tuesday 22.11. at 15:00 got the most votes (11). Below is the Teams meeting allocated for that time.
I will show some blueprints of vacant spaces of our unit to hopefully help finding the best possible outcome for everybody.
BR,
Petri Sundqvist

Hello everybody,
Regarding this situation we could have a Teams meeting some afternoon next week. I understood the old spaces must be vacated by turn of 2023, so hopefully we can come to a conclusion soon. I think the best way is to fill
doodle/framadate for a date next week that suits most who this may concern. Here is the link:

I will send you the Teams meeting link on Monday.
Br,
Petri Sundqvist

Subject: [Biolaitos] Room B104 - time sensitive
Dear all,
This message is for anyone who has been using room B104 or who has any items in B104 (see attached maps). If this applies to you, please read and respond as soon as you can. Thank you!
Due to university cutbacks, Olli Loukola and I will be losing both of our lab spaces on the 4th floor of the Biology building. We've been advised that the best option for us will be to move everything to room B104 on the first floor. Given
the reduction in space and rooms, and the fact that we do behavioural work with live bumblebees, we will need to make major changes to the room. This includes moving certain equipment out, building new structures, and limiting access to the room. Thus, we
will need to determine very soon where best to move things based on their usage and the needs of those who might be using them. We will also aim to work with those who may need table space, and can't find it elsewhere, for short periods if at all possible.
Therefore, if you have items in B104 and/or do any work in this room, please contact me and Olli as soon as possible to discuss options. Thank you so much!
Kind Regards,
Cwyn and Olli
