This course will help you understand the fundamentals of project work, motivating you to use best practices. You’ll gain essential knowledge by learning the basics of project management, making it perfect for those new
to the field. You’ll be introduced to key tasks at different stages of the project life cycle, providing a comprehensive overview.
The interactive learning approach includes short lectures, discussions, and hands-on exercises based on your own projects. You’ll also have the opportunity to apply project management and administration methods directly
to your work, making the learning practical and relevant. With a small group setting limited to 25 participants, you’ll receive personalized attention and effective learning.
