Dear Ms. Theresa Zitting,

 

We have pleasure to notify you that DUO-Korea 2008 will be open for applications from April 14 until May 26, 2008 Korea local time. 

 

DUO-Korea Programme is sponsored by the Ministry of Education and Human Resources Development with an aim to promote exchanges of people between Korea and European ASEM member countries on a balanced and permanent basis.  The programme has been established since 2001 and has supported 670 professors, students and teachers over the past 6 years.  Unique feature of this programme is that EU teachers in elementary, junior high, and high school are eligible to apply for building an exchange agreement with Korean counterparts. 

 

As DUO-Korea has served EU university students and professors in broadening horizon in their studies and research, we hope the programme will continuously provide a way to go beyond Europe and experience what Korea has to offer.
