YLIOPISTOTENTTIIN KUULUVIEN YKSIKÖIDEN TENTINVALVOJIEN NIMEÄMINEN SYKSYLLE 2017, DL 5.9. 2017

Pyydän yksiköitä nimeämään syksyn 2017 tentinvalvojat seuraavalla tavalla:
1. Täyttäkää linkistä löytyvä taulukko, johon on valmiiksi määritelty yksiköiden tentinvalvontavuorot eri päiville syksylle 2017:
Huom. Valvojat voivat myös itse käydä laittamassa oman vuoronsa taulukkoon
Valvojat tulee olla taulukossa viimeistään tiistaina 5.9.2017. Syksyn 2017 yliopistotentit alkavat 4.9.2017.
Yksikön tulee varmistaa, että kaikille sille osoitetuille vuoroille on joku valvoja viimeistään 5.9.2017.

2. Tentinvalvojia pyydetään laittamaan oma vuoronsa myös valvojakalenteriin, joka löytyy osoitteesta
Jos tentinvalvoja haluaa muuttaa tentinvalvontavuoroaan 5.9.2017 jälkeen, täytyy valvojan itse sopia valvontavuoron vaihdosta toisen valvojan kanssa ja ilmoittaa vuoron vaihdosta tenttitiimille osoitteeseen yliopistotentti(a)oulu.fi. Tenttitiimi käy vaihtamassa vuoron valvontakalenteriin.

APPOINTMENT OF INVIGILATORS IN UNIVERSITY EXAMS TO AUTUMN 2017, DL 5.9. 2017

The units should designate the Autumn 2017 invigilators as follows:
1. Fill out the table on the link, which has a predetermined set of unit invigilator for different dates for autumn 2017:
The Invigilators can also book their own invigilation turns in Excel.
The invigilators must be in the table no later than Tuesday, September 5, 2017. The University Exams in 2017 will begin on 4th September 2017.
The unit must ensure that all invigilator turns have take at last on 5 September 2017.

2. The invigilators fill in the information to the slot also in the calendar at: https://timetable.oulu.fi/ (Further information available in the picture below)
In case you want to switch your slot after September 5 2017, you need to agree this with your colleague (another invigilator) and inform the exam team (yliopistotentti@oulu.fi) The exam team will update the calendar after this.
