Hi
Because many PCR machines have broken down, we are taking to routine PCR use the black PCR machine from VWR UNO96 https://fi.vwr.com/store/product/13649576/null. Previously this was reserved for genomic library use, but it was used seldomly. Please do note that this machine does not have a gradient function (unless a software upgrade is purchased), like the Veriti machines do.
