Oulun yliopistolla toteutetaan hyvinvoinnin pulssikysely loka-marraskuun 2024 aikana. Tavoitteena on laajan työhyvinvointikyselyn 2023 jälkeisen toiminnan kehittymisen seuranta. Tänä vuonna tavoitteena on myös kartoittaa vastikään julkistettuihin eettisiin periaatteisiin liittyvää hyvinvoinnin lähtötasoa. Tulokset saadaan pulssikyselystä tiedekuntatasolla sekä suurimpien palveluyksiköiden osalta. Varsinainen laaja hyvinvointikysely toteutetaan jälleen vuonna 2025.
Kyselyn teemat liittyvät työn voimavaroihin ja vaatimuksiin mm. psykologiseen turvallisuuteen, tasa-arvoon ja yhdenvertaisuuteen, mielen hyvinvointiin sekä palautumiseen. Haluamme kuulla, mitkä asiat työarjessamme sujuvat hyvin ja missä on vielä parannettavaa.
Toivomme, että kannustatte työntekijöitänne vastaamaan pulssikyselyyn ja kertomaan ainakin seuraavat asiat:
Jokaisen vastaus on tärkeä Kyselyn teemat liittyvät työhyvinvointiin ja työkykyyn sekä niihin yhteydessä oleviin tekijöihin. Kokonaiskuvan saamiseksi jokaisen vastaus on tärkeä. Vastaamalla on mahdollista vaikuttaa työhönsä ja auttaa koko organisaatiota kehittymään.
Vastaaminen on luottamuksellista Tutkimuksen toteuttaa suomalainen puolueeton tutkimusyhtiö Eezy Flow Oy (flow.eezy.fi) ja vastaaminen on täysin luottamuksellista. Yksittäisten vastaajien henkilöllisyys tai vastaukset eivät missään vaiheessa näy organisaatiollemme. Tulokset raportoidaan niin suurina kokonaisuuksina, ettei vastaajien tunnistaminen ole mahdollista. Tämä koskee myös taustatietoja (organisaatiotiedot, henkilöstöryhmä, työkokemusvuodet jne.) ja tuloksia tarkastellaan aina vähintään viiden vastaajan ryhmissä.

The University of Oulu will conduct a well-being pulse survey during October-November 2024. The aim is to map the progress after the broad well-being survey of year 2023. This year, we also aim to survey the baseline level of well-being related to recently published ethical principles. The results are obtained from a pulse survey at faculty level and for the largest service units. The actual large-scale well-being survey will be conducted again in 2025.
The themes of the survey relate to work resources and requirements, including psychological safety, diversity, equity and inclusion, mental well-being and recovery. With the help of the survey, we get information on which things are going well and where we still have room for improvement.
Please encourage the staff to answer the survey and tell them at least the following things:
Everyone's answer is important The themes of the survey are related to well-being at work and ability to work, as well as related factors. To get the whole picture, everyone's answer is important. By answering, you can influence your work and help the organization to develop.
Answering is confidential The survey is carried out by the Finnish neutral research company Eezy Flow Oy (flow.eezy.fi), and the answers are completely confidential. The identity of individual respondents or the answers are never visible to our organization. The results are reported in such large entities that it is not possible to identify the respondents. This also applies to background information (organizational information, personnel group, years of work experience, etc.) and the results are always examined in groups of at least five respondents.
