Hyvä yliopistoyhteisön jäsen,

Yliopistollamme on käynnissä kiinteistöstrategiatyö tulevaisuuden tilaratkaisujen suuntaviivojen määrittelemiseksi.
Avaamme nyt henkilöstölle ja opiskelijoille kyselyn koskien tilojen toiminnallisuutta ja tulevaisuuden tilatarpeita.
Vastaathan kyselyyn tämän henkilökohtaisen linkin kautta 30.4.2025 mennessä:
Kyselyyn vastaaminen kestää noin 10 minuuttia. Vastaamalla olet mukana kehittämässä Oulun yliopiston tulevaisuutta!
Kysely liittyy kiinteistöstrategiatyön parhaillaan meneillään olevaan tiedonkeruu- ja tarvekartoitusvaiheeseen. Kyselyn lisäksi ryhmät tiedekunnista, erillis- ja infrayksiköistä, palveluista ja
opiskelijayhteisöstä ovat vastanneet tilatarpeita ja tilojen toiminnallisuutta koskeviin kysymyksiin kiinteistöstrategiatyön tilaisuuksissa maalis-huhtikuussa.
Tiedonkeruuvaiheen aineiston ja muun taustamateriaalin pohjalta muotoillaan 2–3 vaihtoehtoista skenaarioehdotusta, jotka ottavat kantaa toimintojen vaatimaan arvioituun tulevaisuuden tilatarpeeseen
ja toimintojen sijoittumisvaihtoehtoihin. Skenaariot ovat pohjana yliopistotasoiselle kiinteistöstrategialle, joka huomioi toimintaympäristön muutokset, demografiakehityksen ja taloudellisen tilanteen kokonaisuutena.

Dear Member of the University Community,
Our university is currently working on a property strategy to outline the guidelines for future facility solutions.
We are now opening a survey for all staff and students regarding the functionality of facilities and future facility needs.
Please respond to the survey via this personal link by April 30, 2025:
The survey takes about 10 minutes to complete. By responding, you are contributing to the development of the future of the University of Oulu!
The survey is part of the ongoing data collection and needs assessment phase of the property strategy work. In addition to the survey, groups from faculties, separate and infrastructure units,
services, and the student community have responded to questions about facility needs and the functionality of facilities in property strategy sessions held in March-April.
Based on the data collected during the information gathering phase and other background material, 2-3 alternative scenario proposals will be formulated. These will address the estimated future
facility needs required by operations and the options for the placement of operations. The scenarios will form the basis for a university-level property strategy that takes into account changes in the operating environment, demographic development, and the
overall economic situation.
