Dear members of the Biology Corridor,
Our relocation plan was accepted yesterday, and we can start moving to new locations from the northern end of the biology corridor as soon as the new locations are furnished and ready to be used. The largest contingent will move to old meeting room B233 which will be re-furnished. Most people will be dispersed to empty desks in existing large halls, and some people will be located to small glass-door alcoves (the doors of these alcoves should be kept open in normal use). Please note that you shall not take your furniture with you, but the university authorities will provide desks, shelves etc, and you can move when these facilities are provided and authorities give you permission to move: They are not our furniture, but the legal owner is our landlord. It is possible to change chair to a better working chair in glass-walled alcoves, though. This mainly concerns B233 which will be completely redesigned, but other rooms are ready to receive you. Department of Space Climate will move to the northern end of the old biology corridor as soon as we have vacated the room.
