For those who are preparing Academy applications.

Please note the following:

The research plan is max 12 pages long including the list of references.

A consortium research plan is max 15 pages long including the list of references.  

AoF guidelines:

“The research plan must be no more than twelve pages long, unless the call text indicates otherwise. A consortium research plan must be no more than 15 pages long, unless the call text indicates otherwise. The paper size is A4. The font is Source Sans Pro (font size 12 pt, line spacing 1 and margins 20 mm). All bibliographic references must be added directly into the text, for example as follows: (author(s) year) or [number]. You must not use footnotes. The list of references is part of the research plan and does count towards the length of the plan.”

Don’t leave the submission to the last minute:

• Test the system (research plan PDF, information required for each tab)

• NB. You can edit your submitted application until the deadline
