Yliopistossamme toteutetaan etätyötä koskeva kysely, johon jokaisella työntekijällä on mahdollisuus vastata omien etätyökokemustensa ja odotustensa perusteella. Kyselyn tavoitteena on selvittää etätyöolosuhteita sekä arvioida mahdollista etätyön määrää ja tilatarpeita tulevaisuudessa. Kyselyn tulokset toimitetaan dekaanille, yksikönjohtajille ja tilapalveluihin. Tuloksia hyödynnetään mahdollisuuksien mukaan työnteon ja työtilojen suunnittelussa ja kehittämisessä. Vastauksia käsitellään yksikkötasolla: yksittäisten vastaajien antamia vastauksia julkisteta.

Dear all,

Our university conducts a survey on remote work and each employee has the opportunity to answer based on her/his own remote work experience and expectations. The objective of the survey is to find out the working conditions of remote work and to assess the possible amount of remote work and workspace needs in the future. The results of the survey will be forwarded to the dean, unit heads and facility services. Where possible, the results will be utilized in the planning and development of work and workspaces. Responses are processed at the unit level: responses from individual respondents won’t be published.
