Dear Movers,

Some details about time tables and schedules:

1. Martelaites will carry your goods to new offices on Thursday and Friday this week. That means that they start their work *tomorrow* at 8 am. Please pack and label your crates.

2. The moving will happen according to the relocation plan I sent to you yesterday (and hanging next to my office door). The furnishing of rooms will also happen following these plans. If you wish some changes (including things like desks, switching places by *mutual* agreement etc.), please contact me as soon as possible, and I'll make the changes in the documents so that the moving personnel knows what to do. All these changes must be done today: tomorrow is too late -- things move tomorrow. The administration wants to have a centralized system to avoid conflicting instructions.
