Hei Ecogen students, please contact me if you are planning to finish your MSc degree in June or July so we can check that everything is fine with your personal study plan which is needed as attachment for the degree application that you'll do in OSAT system https://osat.oulu.fi/index.php?lang=en_US

In the email please tell me what courses are still missing from the Oodi register and when you will load the thesis to Laturi, have the final exam etc.

June (MSc diploma date 30.6.2020) All the studies have to be done (are shown in Oodi register) and the MSc application in OSAT by 23.6.2020 July (MSc diploma date 31.7.2020) All the studies have to be done (are shown in Oodi register) and the MSc application in OSAT by 24.7.2020 Notice that in practice all the studies have to be finished in June if you plan to have your diploma dated 31.7.2020. Teachers and study administration are on holiday.

University of Oulu has given one month more time for those of you who would have to otherwise pay back the stipend if they finish their degree in August (overtime). In that case the thesis has to be loaded to Laturi latest 3.8.2020. Notice that you have to discuss with your supervisor (can they supervise you in July or are they on holiday). With the residence permit you have to follow Migri instructions.
