please remember that the performance evaluation round of the salary system is on, and should be completed by end of this month!
The evaluation is due if five years have passed since the previous evaluation - HR should have sent to line managers a list of employees whose evaluation is due. Also the employee can ask for an evaluation if two years have passed since the previous evaluation.

Note that the employee is the one starting this process in mepco, but of course you can talk to your line manager first if in doubt!
