Good that you contacted me again! I'm really sorry, but it seems that the sample has not been received by us and it has also not been sent to you. Usually, the sample comes within a week.

I have requested the sample again and it should be shipped this week.

I will be in Oulu on Wednesday 16.11 this week and NEB's NGS specialists will be with me. Would you want and have time to meet and discuss your project and NEB's products with them? For timing I suggest at 14.30.

In addition, we are arranging two NGS seminars together with the NGS specialists from New England Biolabs. The seminars are organized as following:

At 10 AM On Linnanmaa campus with the topic "RNA seq and microbiome enrichment"

At 12.15 On Kontinkangas campus with the topic "Overcoming bottlenecks in NGS and discover EM seq"
