I have been asked to remind everybody about the rules concerning travels to Russia:

All work-related travel (i.e. travels done under a university travel request, or any travels where costs are to be billed through the University) to Russia (or Ukraine, or Belarus) needs a special permit from the HR director Jarmo Okkonen - more info at https://patio.oulu.fi/en/university/topical-themes/war-ukraine
