Just in case, I am writing to all people of our unit.

Many of you are participating in the demo of the Fingfisher Apex instrument demo that will take place next week Tuesday in our molecular laboratory between 12.00 (noon)-5:00 pm. Three people from Kingfisher Scientific will then be here, and it would be important that as many as possible of the potential users of this device could then be present. Please to organize your schedule so that you can be there in person. The equipment will stay at our unit for about two weeks after the demo (some extension is possible!). During this time, everyone interested in trying the machine should finish the tests.

You do not have to do any special arrangements for the demo, but it of course would be good if you could gather the samples you plan to process before the demo (but it is not too late to do it after either).

I am attaching the protocols.

Naturally, after we have formed a clear opinion of this equipment, we should together make a decision of whether we buy it or not. If bought, it will be one of those things that the ANTS programme will pay.
