Kokonaiskustannusmallin uudet kertoimet ovat: henkilösivukulukerroin 49 % (aiemmin 51%) yleiskustannuskerroin 78 % (aiemmin 81%)

Näitä uusia kertoimia käytetään, kun nyt haetaan Akatemian kokonaiskustannusmallin rahoitusta.
