Huomioithan, että kaikkien yliopistoon työsuhteessa olevien työntekijöiden tulee kohdentaa työaikansa Sole TM:ään joka kuukaudelta viimeistään kuukauden viimeisenä arkipäivänä. Työajan kohdentaminen ei koske tuntityöntekijöitä/tuntiopettajia.

Tarkistathan tarvittaessa oikean projektin/projektit/kustannuspaikan esihenkilöltäsi/Tatusta. Päiväkohtainen tuntimäärä on 7,25 tuntia (kokoaikaiset henkilöt, 50% 3,63 h jne.). Kuukausikohtaisen kokonaistuntimäärän löydät Sole TM:n etusivulta.

Please notice that all employees having an employment contract must record their hours into Sole TM monthly on the last working day of the month at the latest. This does not apply to hourly-paid workers and hourly-paid teachers.

Please check the project/projects/cost center from your supervisor or from Tatu. Please record 7,25 hours per day (full-time employees, 50 % 3,63 h etc.). The monthly total amount of working hours can be found from the SoleTM front page, when logged in.
