Tule asiantuntijoiden oppiin Kliinisen lääketutkimuksen lupakäytännöt -koulutukseen Kuopioon tai Helsinkiin (videoneuvotteluyhteys) 4.6.2013. Jotkut rahoittajat vaativat, että tuntien hyväksyjänä on nimenomaan projektin johtaja. Huhtikuun tunnit pitää kirjata SOLEeen viimeistään tiistaina 30.4.2013, koska palvelupisteelle pitää jäädä aikaa tarkastaa projekteille kirjatut tunnit ja pyytää mahdolliset korjaukset ja täydennykset. HUOM!!!! SOLEen tehdään esilukitus torstaina 2.5. 2013 eli peruskäyttäjät eivät pysty kirjaamaan tuntejaan enää perjantaina 3.5.2013. Samalla muistutan myös suunnitelmien tekemisestä. Kokonaistyöajassa olevien, perusrahalla palkattujen tutkijoiden ja opettajien tulee tehdä suunnitelma, joka koskee kevätlukukautta 1.1. -31.7.2013. Kun olette tehneet suunnitelmanne valmiiksi, niin ilmoittakaa laitoksenne esimiehelle, että hän voi käydä hyväksymässä suunnitelman, jolloin tunnit kirjautuvat kuukausittain järjestelmään. Jos teette suunnitelman nyt, niin vähentäkää kevätlukukaudesta tammi- ja maaliskuun tunnit. Jos tutkija tai opettaja on kevätlukukauden aikana palkattuna projektilta, vaikkapa vain viikon, niin hänen on viisainta tehdä kirjaukset viikottaisina/päivittäisinä. TUTKIJAKOULUlaiset kirjaavat tuntinsa tilauksille, joista on lähetetty asianomaisille henkilöille tiedote palvelupisteestä. The course will present lectures to Ph.D. students and all scientists interested in the latest advanced microscopic and mesoscopic imaging methods. Demonstrations are limited to Ph.D. students and researchers whose projects benefit the topics carried out during the course. Teachers of the course are pioneering experts in the field.
