Hei, Kiepin 2. kerroksessa tehdään vesiputkikorjauksia huomenna tiistaina klo 16 alkaen. Tämä tarkoittaa sitä, että veden tulo katkeaa myös CRC:n tiloista. Nämä CRC:n tilat ovat: * ihotautien ja sisätautien labrat * huone (381B), jossa ovat lattiasentrifugit * wc-tilat huonetta 381B vastapäätä Hi, Water pipe repairs will be made on the 2nd floor of Kieppi building tomorrow, Tuesday from 4 p.m. This means that the water supply is also cut off from the CRC premises. European Commission has launched a public consultation on European health data space.<https://ec.europa.eu/info/law/better-regulation/have-your-say/initiatives/1…> The purpose of the health data space is to promote the safe exchange of patient data (including abroad) and the ability of citizens to manage their health information, support digital health services, and clarify safety and liability issues related to artificial intelligence. The aim is also to promote the availability and use of health data in research, decision-making, and regulation through a sound governance framework and in accordance with data protection law. Academy of Finland September calls published – support is available for applicants

Dear all, The Academy of Finland has published calls for applications for its September calls. Funding opportunities will be opened for Research Fellowship, Clinical Researcher, Project funding, Sport Science research projects and Mobility. The calls open on 25 August and close on either 28 September or 5 October depending on the call. Please attend the Academy's Ask and Apply webinars to learn more and utilize the in-house support we offer this year for Academy applicants: Abstract Workshops for Academy Research Fellow applicants We started the abstract workshops on 7 June but if you hurry you can still participate. The first workshop (7.6.) was an introduction to writing an abstract. The recording and presentation material is available for participants on the Teams where the workshop continues. Participants will draft their abstracts by 13 June and share them with a small group of academic peers to get - as well as give - comments by 20 June. Hei kaikki Kampuksen välinehuolto palvelee kesällä kattavasti: Koko kesän on vähintään yksi välinehuoltaja molemmissa pisteissä. Kiepissä on mahdollista pesettää solukaappien osia tällä ja ensi viikolla (vk 23 ja 24) . Viimeinen mahdollinen päivä on 17.6. Pesuista on sovittava erikseen välinehuoltajien kanssa. Kiepissä on 236B huoneen autoklaavin vieressä kalenteri, johon voi tehdä varauksia pesuista ja autoklaavauksesta, mikäli et tavoita välinehuoltajia asian sopimiseksi. Kesäaikana soluviljelykaappien osien pesut ja autoklaavaukset ainoastaan hätätapauksissa (viikot 25-32). Sovittava erikseen! 15.8. jälkeen solukaappien osien pesut ja autoklaavaukset pyörivät molemmissa toimipisteissä normaaliin tapaan tilaamalla. Kesälomia odotellessa välinehuoltoterveisin virpi Dear All The DWA services are available during the summer time in normal manner. There is always one person in charge in both of the DWA units. On the weeks 25-32 the parts of cell culture incubators are washed only in cases of emergency. Please be in contact with the DWA personnel if you need to clean the cell culture incubators.
