European Commission has launched a public consultation on  European health data space.

The purpose of the health data space is to promote the safe exchange of patient data (including abroad) and the ability of citizens to manage their health information, support digital health services, and clarify safety and liability issues related to artificial intelligence. The aim is also to promote the availability and use of health data in research, decision-making, and regulation through a sound governance framework and in accordance with data protection law.

Please give feedback on the draft regulation until 28 July.
