Two Joint European Transnational calls are now open. Please let me know if you are planning to apply from these.
Era-PerMed, the Era-Net for Personalized Medicine organizes a transnational call JTC2020 titled "Personalised Medicine - pre-/clinical research, big data and ICT, implementation and user's perspective". Eligible consortium must include at least three partners from three different countries participating in the call. In Finland, the call is coordinated by The Academy of Finland and they have budgeted a total of 1.5 million euros for researchers from Finnish organizations and the maximum/consortium is 300 000 euros (full cost model). JP RD, the Paneuropean research funding network on rare diseases organizes a transnational call JTC2020 titled "Pre-Clinical research to develop effective therapies for rare diseases". In this call, eligible consortium must involve 4-6 partners from three different countries eligible for funding. In Finland, the call is coordinated by the Academy of Finland and they have budgeted a total of 600 000 euros for researchers from Finnish organizations with a maximum of 300 000 euros/consortium (full cost model). Deadline 18.2.2010
