Subject: Registration is open for course "Single-cell RNA-seq data analysis using Chipster" (24.-25.1.2024)

 

Dear all,

 

Registration is now open for the course “Single-cell RNA-seq data analysis using Chipster” (1 ECTS). This hands-on online course introduces single-cell RNA-seq (scRNA-seq) data analysis methods. It covers the processing of transcript counts from quality control and filtering to dimensional reduction, clustering, cell type identification and cluster marker gene detection. You will also learn how to do integrated analysis of multiple samples.

 

The course is held online January 24-25, 2024 (both days 9.00-12.30). The course consists of lectures and exercises. The lectures will be pre-recorded, and participants are requested to view the videos prior to the course.

 

Register for the course at Peppi at the latest on 12th of January 2024 (code DR00AR92-3001). Priority is given to doctoral researchers. The number of participants is limited to 30.
