Kampusvisiotyö etenee, nyt on mahdollisuus vaikuttaa!
Miltä näyttää Oulun yliopisto vuonna 2050? Keräämme materiaalia Oulun yliopiston kampusvisiotyöhön alla olevan linkin kautta koko yliopistoyhteisöltä.
Visioiminen on usein helpompaa tehdä keskustelemalla tai yhdessä pohtimalla, joten kannattaa kysäistä vaikka muutama kaveri mukaan ja täyttää kyselyä yhdessä! Vastata saa tietenkin myös itsenäisesti. Kannustamme myös eri toimielimiä esimerkiksi tiedekunnissa käymään kyselyn teemoja läpi ja tuomaan kootusti ajatuksia koko tiedekunnan näkökulmasta. Millaisena näette Oulun yliopiston tulevaisuudessa juuri teidän erikoisalan kannalta?
Kysely on auki 15.6. asti, joten vastaamiseen on hyvin aikaa ja ehditte kokoontua isommallakin porukalla tai järjestää kokouksen. Kyselyn voi ottaa osaksi esimerkiksi erilaisia foorumeita tai muita tapahtumia, joiden yhteyteen visiointi sopisi. Jatkamme mielellään visiokeskustelua kyselyn jälkeen teidän antamien vastausten perusteella. Sen vuoksi pyydämme yhteystietoja, joten halutessasi voit ne jättää.
Kyselyn alussa kysytään kirjautumistiedot, koska lomake on tarkoitettu yliopistoyhteisölle. Vastaajien tietoja ei kerätä eikä yhdistetä vastauksiin, ellet ilmoita niitä yhteystieto-kohdassa. Tällöin tietoja säilytetään vision työstämisen ajan, eli tämän vuoden loppuun.
Mikäli haluat pohtia vastauksia etukäteen, kysymykset ovat seuraavat:
1. Mitkä asiat ovat mielestäsi tärkeimpiä yliopistomme yhteisöllisyyden kannalta? 2. Mitkä asiat ovat maailmanluokan yliopistossa tärkeitä sujuvan arjen kannalta? 3. Millä tavoilla yliopisto edistäisi kestävää kehitystä 4. Mitkä ovat tulevaisuuden maailmanluokan yliopiston tilojen suunnittelussa ja toteutuksessa kaikkein tärkeimpiä huomioon otettavia asioita? 5. Kerro toimivia esimerkkejä muista tilaratkaisuista / kampuksista Suomesta ja maailmalta. Oletko käynyt esim. vaihdossa tai vieraillut / työskennellyt muualla?

Lomakkeella jokaiseen aihealueeseen on kirjoitettu lyhyt alustus, mikä kannattaa lukea myös. Se helpottaa vastauksen pohtimista!

Campus visio work continues, now is the time to make an impact!
What will the University of Oulu look like in 2050? We collect material for the campus vision work of the University of Oulu via the link below from the entire university community.
Visioning is often easier to do by discussing together, so it’s worth asking a few friends along and filling out the survey together! Of course, you can also answer independently. We also encourage different institutions, for example in the faculties, to go through the themes of the survey, and bring together ideas from the perspective of the entire faculty. How do you see the University of Oulu in the future in terms of your specialty?
The survey is open on 15th of June. so there is plenty of time to respond and you have time to gather with a larger group or arrange a meeting. The survey can be included in various forums or other events for which the vision would be appropriate. We will be happy to continue the vision discussion after the survey based on your answers. That's why we ask for contact information, so you can leave it if you want.
Login information will be asked at the beginning of the survey, as the form is intended for the university community. Respondent information will not be collected or combined with responses unless you provide it in the Contact Information section. In this case, the data will be stored during the processing of the vision, until the end of this year.
If you want to consider the answers in advance, the questions are as follows:
1. What do you think are the most important things for the communality of our university? 2. What things are important for a smooth everyday life at a world-class university? 3. In what ways would the university promote sustainable development 4. What are the most important things to consider when designing and implementing the facilities of a future world-class university? 5. Give working examples of other space solutions / campuses from Finland and the world. For example, have you been on an exchange or visited / worked elsewhere?

The form has a short introduction to each topic, which is also worth reading. It makes it easier to think about the answers!
