VUODEN 2012 VEROKORTTIEN TOIMITTAMINEN
Vuoden 2012 verokortit otetaan käyttöön 1.2.2012 lukien.
Verokortit tulee toimittaa tiedekuntien/henkilöstöpalvelujen palvelupisteiden henkilöstösihteereille
16.1. mennessä.
Palvelupisteistä verokortit lähetetään keskitetysti yliopistojen palvelukeskus Certiaan.
Muutosverokorttia haettaessa voi verotoimistoa pyytää lähettämään sen suoraan Certiaan
osoitteella

Vaihtoehtoisesti muutosverokortin voi toimittaa palvelupisteeseen.
Palvelussuhteen päättyessä vuoden 2012 verokortit pyydetään Certiasta (oulu.heha@certia.fi).
ENNAKONPIDÄTYSPROSENTIN KOROTTAMINEN
Jos ennakonpidätysprosenttia myöhemmin halutaan korottaa, tulee uusi prosentti ilmoittaa
suoraan Certiaan (oulu.heha@certia.fi).
TAX CARDS FOR 2012
New tax cards will be valid from 1 February 2012.
Please, forward your tax card 2012 to personnel secretaries in faculty secretariats or human resources services by
16 January 2012 the latest. The tax cards will be sent from the faculty
secretaries to the Certia Service Center.
When you request a revised tax card, you can ask the tax office to send your new tax card directly to Certia to the following address:

You can forward it to your faculty secretariat, too.
In case your employment relationship ends, please, ask Certia to return
your 2012 tax card, oulu.heha@certia.fi
HIGHER DEDUCTION PERCENTAGE
If you would like to have a higher tax percentage later, you can give your
new percentage directly to Certia, oulu.heha@certia.fi.
