Vararehtorilta saadun ohjeistuksen suhteen tavoitteena on
ensisijaisesti etätyö. Lyhyet tai muutamat yksittäiset käynnit eivät tarvitse lupaa ja näitä ei ole tarve kirjata lupalistoille. Eli:

etätyö on lähtökohta ja läsnäolo yliopiston tiloissa vain välttämättömiin tarpeisiin.

tutkijatohtorit voivat jonkin aikaa olla etänä.
-
väitöskirjatyöntekijät, jotka työskentelevät laboratoriossa saattavat tarvita luvat.
-
luvan voi antaa myöhemminkin jos tarvetta ilmenee.

Regarding guidance from the Vice Rector, the
primary purpose is telework. Short or a few individual visits do not require permission and there is no need to record them on the authorization lists. So:
-
teleworking is the starting point and presence in the university premises only for essential needs.
-
postdoctoral researchers can be away for some time.
-
PhD students who work in the laboratory may need permission to work in the university premises.
-
permissions can be granted later if the need arises.
