Arvoisat tutkijat,

Rehtori on pyytänyt meitä raportoimaan säännöllisesti apurahojen hakemisesta.

Näin ollen pyytäisin teitä ystävällisesti ilmoittamaan minulle tammi/helmikuun aikana hakemanne apurahat sekä tästä lähtien ilmoittamaan minulle kun haette apurahaa.

Tiedoiksi riittää lähde josta haetaan ja budjetti jota haetaan. Nämä tiedot tullaan viemään TATU:un josta ne saadaan raporttimuodossa eteenpäin.

Tiedot toimivat apuvälineinä tulevissa budjettisuunnitteluissa ja neuvotteluissa.

Raportointi koskee niitä apurahoja joita on tarkoitus kierrättää yliopiston kirjanpidon kautta. Toki muutkin apurahat saa halutessaan ilmoittaa, käytämme niitä omissa taulukoissamme.

Helpointa on tulevaisuudessa lähettää hakemuksen budjetti ja lähteen nimi minulle samalla kun lähettää hakemuksen eteenpäin. Silloin niitä ei tarvitse muistella jälkikäteen.

Dear researchers,

The rector has asked us to report continuously about grant applications.

I therefore kindly ask you to send me information about the grants that you have applied for during January/February and from here on every time you apply for a grant.

The information we need is the source of the grant and the budget. This information will be transferred into TATU into a report form.

The information will be used in budget planning and negotiations.

The reporting concerns those grants that will be cycled through the university bookkeeping. You may also report other grants if you want to, we can use that information for our own reporting.

The easiest way in the future is to send me the source and budget at the same time you send the application. Then you don’t have to remember them afterwards.
