Postdoctoral Researcher position (molecular biology) at Institute of Biomedicine, UEF, Kuopio Campus We are seeking for a Postdoctoral Researcher to join the Academy of Finland funded project studying 'SUMOylation-regulated chromatin protein networks in transcription factor-directed cellular differentiation' led by Prof. Jorma Palvimo.
The project investigates how SUMOylation, an intriguing nuclear post-translational modification, regulates networks of chromatin proteins during transcription factor-directed cellular differentiation and reprogramming. The project utilizes genome- and proteome-wide approaches with cell models. The project also investigates the chromatin SUMOylation in the context of glucocorticoid resistance in leukemia cells.
