Welcome everyone to the University of Oulu Profi 8 Launch Event!

How Can We Improve Our Safety, Health, and the Environment in a Changing World?

Time: November 17^th at 10:00-12:00

Place: Lecture Hall L2, Linnanmaa & Zoom

Registration no later than November 10^th

Join us on for the launch of the University of Oulu’s Profi 8 research themes: SafeEarth, Health Dimensions, and SAFIRE. These initiatives strengthen our expertise in security and safety, health and well-being, and environmental restoration in the Arctic, connecting disciplines from technology and medicine to ecology and social sciences. At the event, programme leaders will present their visions and discuss the opportunities these new Profi 8 programmes bring to Oulu’s scientific community.

NOTE: Registration is required for both on-site and online participation. Please submit your registration here no later than November 10^th.
