The Finnish 3R Center is pleased to announce the call for new 3Rs Directors!

Directors are appointed for a three-year term, with the possibility of one renewal (maximum of two consecutive terms). Each Director may also appoint up to three voluntary advisors. Both the Director and advisor roles are voluntary positions.

The final selection will be made by the current FIN3R Board by the end of the year. The new term will begin in 2026.

Directors are expected to actively promote and integrate the 3Rs principles (Replacement, Reduction, and Refinement) into research practices. Their responsibilities include engaging with the scientific community, disseminating methods and strategies related to the 3Rs, and organizing events relevant to their specific area of focus.
