University Innovation Centre together with Faculty of Biochemistry and Molecular Medicine arranges an innovation course. Students can get either 2 or 5 credits. 

Course is tailored to biosciences but fits well to other field of sciences. In addition to BSc, MSc and PhD students, also postdocs are welcome. 

In this course you will learn:

1. Recognize and validate ideas
2. Understand the crucial concepts of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)
3. Acquire the core skills needed to use patent databases
4. Presenting your ideas persuasively

The starting lecture is on 15th February at 16.15-17.30 (online). The course has lectures, workshops and exercises from February to April. Check the whole course program. Course is kept in English partially online and in a classroom in the Kontinkangas campus.
