We will have the first Incucyte S3 training on Friday 14th of September in 338B by Matthew Tomlinson from Sartorius/Essen Bioscience.
Incucyte S3 is a live cell imaging system that can be used for live-cell imaging using different standard plates (including 96- and 384-well) and T-flasks. The device is very useful for proliferation, migration, apoptosis, and invasion studies. More information: http://www.essenbioscience.com/essen-products/incucyte/
We have a new Incucyte S3 machine in Kieppi, located in 2nd floor premises. If you plan to use this machine in your research, please come and hear about the software and the tools the machine has.
The training is a presentation and software explanation, the idea being that Matthew will give you the tools to get started and follow it up with another training later in the year, once you have been able to acquire data.
