Dr. Yoshitaka Fujihara is an Assistant Director General, Director of the Department of Advanced Medical Technologies, and a Head of the Developmental Biotechnology Core at the National Cerebral and Cardiovascular Center (NCVC) Research Institute, Osaka, Japan.
