Dear All,
We know that many of you may be concerned about the consequences of Covid19 for the upcoming TT2022 meeting in Levi. With the omicron variant on the rise, we share these concerns. After intensive discussions and consultations with
the In Conference organiser, the board decided to reschedule the meeting to mid-September 2022. This decision is based on our hope for having an in person meeting and the expectation that after summer the situation will be better as it was in the last two
years.
If you have already registered and /or submitted an abstract, all these will be automatically rolled over to the new date. You will also have an option to withdraw or replace the submitted abstract with an updated version
closer to the September meeting. Naturally you can also change or cancel your registration if you want or need to.
There are still few details to be determined, and we will send further information with exact dates very soon.
It was not an easy decision to make, but the board together with the local organisers hope that it will enable more members to participate in person.
We apologise if this decision creates any inconvenience for you and really hope that many of us can meet again next fall.
