Hi,

In order to improve the services offered to the doctoral students and their supervisors of the Faculties of Medicine (LTK) and of Biochemistry and Molecular Medicine (BMTK), the Coordinator of the Doctoral Training Committee for Health & Biosciences will be present on the Kontinkangas campus on Thursdays (09.00 – 11.00 and 12.00 – 17.00), in Room K022 (in the corridor below the library and near IT-staff’s offices/rooms), Aapistie 7A. The service will start this week, 16 April.

If you have any queries regarding UniOGS, or other related issues, please feel free to drop by and discuss with me. If you would like to reserve a time (for bigger issues), send me an e-mail proposing a time.

Exceptions (with no on-site service) during this Spring are: Thu 23 April, Thu 28 May and Thu 18 June.

No service will be provided on either campus during July (summer vacation:  29 June – 31 July).
